This Shipping Policy outlines the terms under which NeuroLabs Research ships products purchased via neurolabsresearch.com.

1. Shipping Coverage

NeuroLabs Research ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders placed with non-U.S. shipping addresses will not be processed.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

  • Standard UPS: 3–5 business days after shipment
  • Express UPS: 1–2 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: available on qualifying orders; ships via Standard UPS

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and exclude weekends and holidays. NeuroLabs Research is not responsible for carrier delays.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected. Free Shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders.

5. Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. You can track your order at any time at our Order Tracking page.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at admin@neurollabsresearch.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, reship or refund the order.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate U.S. shipping address. NeuroLabs Research is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Re-shipment to a corrected address may incur additional fees.

8. Research Use Only

All products sold by NeuroLabs Research are for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption. By placing an order, you confirm that all products will be used solely by qualified research personnel for research purposes.
